Certificate Program: Condominium Risk Management & the Fire Code

Designed for Directors and Administrators of Condominium Corporations in Canada

In Ontario, Condominium Corporations have unique requirements as the building owner under the Ontario Fire Code, as well as applicable legislation such as the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Occupiers Liability Act.

This certificate program provides the needed training to assist and support Condominiums in understanding their needed risks, and compliance programs as the building Owner, and how to ensure their building Management team has been set up for success.

This 2.0 Hour certificate training program provides participants, responsible as volunteer directors for a Condominium corporation in Ontario, with a solid understanding of the needed compliance and risk management practices under the Ontario fire code and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
