Professional Building Operators dedicated to community safety; Town of Milton invests in employee development - and code compliance

Last month, National Life Safety Group and their team of educators had the priveledge to work alongside some of the best building operators in the business, that work hard everyday to ensure fire safety is top of mind at their public facilities.

Congratulations to the entire team at the Town of Milton Living Arts Centre & Town Hall, on their successful achievements during the recently held training program; Implementing the Mission Critical Fire Safety Plan.

Participants were highly engaged over the 3.5 hour site specific training program, and all acheived the over 75 percent on the final exam - required to pass the program. The training, was well received by each participant, and allowed for the detailed understanding of Fire Code planning and implementation requirements and best practices for their facility.

Particpant feedback: “Great course - that took a complicated topic - and allowed it to be clearly explained. The fact that the training has been accredited to meet the Ontario Fire Code - is just icing on the cake. We all want training that is both meaningful for our roles and responsibilities - and recognized for personal and professional growth”

Congratulations to all for your commitment to both, ongoing professional development and making your communities safer today.
